On April 29-30, 2024 at the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University was held the Republican subject Olympiad in the educational program “Oriental Studies (Chinese and Arabic)” among students of higher educational institutions. The Olympiad was attended by students of Ablai khan University, L.N. Gumilev Eurasian National University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. According to the results of the competition, students of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of Ablai khan University Leila Baizova took 2nd place (Chinese language) and Alina Abdreimova took 3rd place (Arabic language).
