A delegation from the South Korean Chonbuk National University visited our University on February 22, 2017. The delegation consists of Ms, Prof. Young Mensook – Vice-rector on International Relations; Mr, Prof. Lee Minho Vice–rector on Strategic Development; Mr Cho Guanchoo – Head of International Relations Department.
Chonbuk National University is located in Jeonju city. It is one of the largest multidisciplinary universities in South Korea. Annually, by the academic mobility program, our students are enrolled at Chonbuk University.
During the meeting both parties discussed mutually beneficial cooperation between our universities, including the further development of academic mobility of students and teachers, mutual scientific research and educational programs.
The delegation members will participate as the jury of the Central Asian Olympiad in Korean language on February 24-25, 2017. As prize to the winners, every year Chonbuk University offers two scholarships for studies in the master's degree.
