The uniqueness of the educational program: provides a deep understanding of the role of regional and international tourism in a global context, and also provides reliable tools for organizing, managing, planning and forecasting processes in the tourism sector.

The purpose of the educational program is to train competent specialists in the field of tourism, combining fundamental knowledge with in-depth study of the processes taking place in the tourism industry, ready to apply professional skills in research, teaching, project, expert fields of activity for the tourism industry and the service sector.           

The preparation of masters is carried out in the following areas:

  • Methodology of planning and forecasting the development of the cluster model of tourism business
  • Modern approaches to research problems of organization and management of sustainable development of the tourism and hospitality industry
  • Analysis of the business environment and its strategy
  • Analysis of market trends and development, promotion and sale of tourist products

A distinctive feature that characterizes the content of training is the connection between theoretical training, socio-practical knowledge and skills of expert-analytical, project and consulting work.

Master students are engaged in research work, take part in scientific conferences of various levels, undergo scientific training and research practice in leading universities, research institutes and research and innovation laboratories of KAZUMOIMYA.

The education is conducted in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

The program is based on new educational technologies and a comprehensive study of world experience in the field of tourism, as a result of which the master's student masters the technology of developing management solutions in the conditions of innovative development of tourism enterprises and methods of analyzing tourism enterprises in a competitive regional tourist environment and develop a development strategy and its implementation on this basis.

The main emphasis in the master's educational program is placed on the development of knowledge of technology for the development and implementation of a tourist product that has qualities and meets the requirements of consumers and technologies for the organization of comprehensive tourist services in the main sectors of the tourism industry.
